The S2-ASD-300 is an addressable optical smoke detector equipped with a built-in isolator and designed according to EN 54-7 and EN 54-17. It uses a dedicated optical smoke chamber with scattering IR light technology to sense smoke, including very fine particles, while helping reduce interference from dust, insects, and false environmental light. The detector supports easy address programming with a handheld programmer, includes a remote indicator output, and is compatible with WISE addressable panels and other SENS addressable panels. Its low power consumption, durable ABS construction, and humidity tolerance make it a strong option for residential and commercial environments.
